Emmy and Peabody Award winning journalist, Jeff Koinange shares stories from his life that demonstrate the power of telling your own story and give the perspective of time
Its only a matter of time...to whoever is reading this, God has your story, glory and you're the world's greatest. Praying for you to have great health and wealth.
@@NairobianNewyorker Alaa, wow. I had meaning to call you this week no wonder we are here. Haha, yes, I had to be here. Jeff story is so inspiring. Will certainly get his book.
The story of JK cannot be told in such a short time. So much left out but he's so inspirational. People think he inherited what he got but from his stories, he has earned every bit of it.
Allocating 22 mins to such an icon like J.k is so unfair....we need him back, there s so much the younger generation can listen to and emulate...we need him back
Have your prayer answered. Just say this prayer 9 times each day for 8 days with a promise to share, and your prayer may be answered. “May the sacred heart of Jesus be adored, glorified, loved, and preserved throughout the world, now and forever. Sacred Heart of Jesus, pray for us. Saint Jude, worker of miracles, pray for us. Saint Jude, helper of the hopeless, pray for us.” Amen!
Jeff was born to tell stories, so captivating, so enlightening, so humbly done. All the best Jeff as you continue doing what you were put on earth to do. Awesome delivery.
7:35 I just wish and pray that everybody will discover that one true gift they have. I'm just hearing this man, Jeff Koinange for the first time and I can't lie, he's a true inspiration.
The Third episode of black mirror 3rd season there's a character named Koinange. He is an American soldier with a head implant that completely alters your reality. When he finally finds out the reality of what his world has exposed him to he has to choose between wiping out his memory or consuming what the world can give. My point is we're all humans and the simplest form of us is our flesh , our minds have been fed of what's good and bad but at the end of the day it's our decision to choose. It still fascinates me why people always choose living in their heads instead of just stepping out into the real world.

I met Jeff in New York. Such a great guy . Kasidai Waiyaki and ole Pertet were with him at a party and here’s Jeff telling stories. He repped Kenya on CNN to the max.
This is so inspiring and life changing Jeff, and truly, life is short and live to the fullest and let no one put you down. Thank you Engage Talk for creating such a platform where people can come and tell their stories and inspire thousands, if not millions, of people. 🙏
I love that the Children of Mau Mau are openly sharing the stories coz nobody knows the strength that our grandparents held women raising kids alone & men in the battle field!
