i see that machines are the new thing now, i rarely.......and i mean rarely see using free weights or standolone workout anymore. technology and machines have taken over. its even more machines in gyms than free weight. but from the videos i been seeing thats a good thing. they say machines target and focus on more muscles........thus hitting more muscles.
Being this close to show I rather not risk any injury from free weights. I feel as though free weights are a great builder especially in an off season setting to really grip and rip but coming into show I rather focus on targeting the muscle exactly where I want it and minimise risk of injury
