Recipe:
cut 200-300 grams of pork tenderloin
add 2 liters of water
cook the broth over medium heat
remove foam periodically
add 2-4 bay leaves
add a few black peppercorns
chop 1 onion
melt butter
lightly fry the onion
add 2 tbsp tomato paste
Simmer onion with tomato paste over medium heat for 2 minutes.
Grate 1 carrot
Remove pork from broth (optional)
Boil carrots 5 minutes
cut 4-5 potatoes
boil potatoes for 15 minutes
add 1 tsp. salt
tomato cut into cubes
bring the soup to a boil and cook for 5-7 minutes
add 1 can of canned beans
finely chop 2 garlic cloves
chop the parsley
Let the soup simmer for another 1-2 minutes and remove from heat.
