RECIPE:
2 potatoes.
1 cauliflower.
1 carrot.
1 onion.
2 peppers.
Olive oil 3 tablespoons.
Mix the vegetables well.
Cornstarch 2 tablespoons.
Rosemary.
Italian herbs.
Dried garlic.
Salt.
Black pepper.
Mix well.
Olive oil.
Cover with a lid and cook over medium heat for 15-20 minutes.
Greek yogurt/sour cream 2 tablespoons.
Mustard 1 teaspoon.
Dill.
The sauce is ready!
Very fragrant!
