It's so delicious that I make it at least 2 times a week! Simple and delicious
► Cooking recipe and ingredients:
1 egg
100 g sugar, 10 g vanilla sugar
Zest of 1 lemon
40g flour
350 ml milk
cook over medium heat until thickened
allow to cool to room temperature
600 g chopped apples
15-20g butter
2 tablespoons sugar
Let simmer until the liquid has evaporated
The apples should become soft but retain their shape
Juice of half a lemon (optional)
Take the apples out and let them cool slightly
300g flour
a pinch of salt
80g sugar
10 g vanilla sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
110 g cold butter
quickly grind into crumbs
1 egg
It should be a sticky crumb
300 g of cottage cheese of any fat content (I have 9%)
grind until smooth (or rub through a sieve)
1 spoonful of cornstarch
add half the crumbs
Make straight sides
Crush the excess edge into small pieces
can be decorated with almond petals
Bake at 180°C for 40-45 minutes
Allow the apple pie to cool completely in the pan
Can be stored in the refrigerator until hardened
Apple pie with cream turns out very tender!
It's incredibly delicious!
