At 4:33 it looks like it's Mother is waiting for it on the other side of the Gate. Just give them both some food and let them get on their way. It is a beautiful creature but unless it's in trouble it should be left to roam free, Let it go back to it's Mother behind the gate.

If you could report it to authorities that would be great hopefully they will have someone investigate this matter and take it seriously. Лечила кучу болезней у них, можно сказать даже не думала что выкарабкаются. Но слава богу все живые. Люди не давайте собакам, котикам соленую рыбу, у них отказывают почки и поджелудочная. Мой Миша угостился где то и чуть не помер. Потом хватанул что то на улице, отравился. Выходила. Овчарка с лету налетел на твёрдый барьер, отбил себе пах и мочевой пузырь. Это неделя без сна на кровоостанавливающих и прочих медикаментах. На коляске детской гулять вывозила, так как на руках тяжело.

at about the 4:30 mark...the lil fox goes to the gate and you can see the nose of another animal...probably the mother to the lil kit (which is what baby foxes are called.) should i opened the gate to let the lil one go to mama.

It angers me that the very next time we see that hole, it is blocked by the rock they use to hold the gate open. This is not a cutie little lost fox video. This is a stolen Fox kit video. I would have used a different approach with the fox. It was clear it was frightened and starving. You tried to take time to calm it. I don't feel that was the priority. I would have left food and water in a corner far away and left, so the fox could have it's needs met quickly. I wouldn't hv allowed the fox near the puppy. Thankfully the fox didn't bite the puppy. But you didn't know it wouldn't. One can never predict what a wild animal will do.

Give the puppy some food and let the kit fox observe. This is how they learn that you aren't a threat. You have to be patient for a few days---longer if they've had bad experiences with humans. Just try to empathize and see yourself through his/her eyes.

Für mich erweckt es eher den Eindruck als wäre der kleine hier eingesperrt und sucht die ganze Zeit nach einem Ausweg. Auffällig oft hält er sich am Tor auf, wo er wahrscheinlich reingekommen ist. Aber das Tor ist nun verschlossen.

Вообще в дикой природе такого окраса лис не бывает. Они там стандартно рыжие. А вот у лис, селекционированных людьми, расцветки намного разнообразнее - и такие тоже есть. Даже не уверена, что это "приблудный" лисенок, а не взятый из лисьего питомника или зверофермы.
