1st game, stunned all those tanks with the first 2 shots, and not a sniff of damage assist! After a few more shots he even started to comment in chat! The life of an SPG player! 2nd Game - Well, it's Oxsydor, whose earned 3 marks for a reason and is a top arty player.
@@Battleneter hehe, a common belief, I am sure. However think on this for a moment longer. It's SPGs that are a hate figure; what next - TD's that have too good cammo. Then wheeled vehicles (well, actually we all hate them already...:-) ), then what heavies with too much armour? There's a pattern here. Hating on a tank/type that makes the game more difficult. With weak armour, (mostly) slow speed, long reload time, poor view range and limited damage, plus clues as to where the arty is....if players can't toughen up a bit over a few arty, they'll be in for a PROPER shock when they step away from their computer and enter the real world! :-D
@@markaphilpott I don't care about your fluff arguments, its very clear artillery was a significant mistake form the beginning. I have little doubt if Wargaming could turn back the clock, they would not make the same mistake twice.
I highly enjoy SPGs in the game. But, I find they are so nerfed as to be almost inconsequential most battles. WG needs to adjust the writing of what is stated to be the Average Damage to 1/6 of what it actually states.
LOL - yup a mostly abandoned platform and way too many complaints in game now HT, TD and MT players whining about stagnant games taking forever because teams are getting in strong hull-down positions with no arty in game to root them out - duh - that's where arty is most useful. LT players whining about low spotting damage where only arty could have connected in the past - now there's no support!
I play about 20 battles a day and since the update(I'm on Asia so its been a while longer than others), the amount of draws has gone up with 4 since it came in, nothing to dig those hull downs out.

RNG stands for not-so-Random Number Generator. You have seen lots of times how the shells you fire bend their arc to hit the centre of distant tanks. Sometimes, the do so even when you were not aiming to the center, behind a wall or a rock, but to the front wheel that was not covered. But the shell still went to the centre of the tank. Sometimes your shells cross thru a tank without hitting it. And since v1.16 or 17 they also produce the very funny message "armour not hit". It's just a fantasy game, not a simulation.
The RNG was amazing. That poor Leopard... The Strv in the first game was clearly.a Muppet. He took his gun out of the fight and became useless the rest of the match. People will look at the map, but they don't know how to read it....Again, an awesome installment from Mr. (Future) 100k. See you on the next one buddy. Hope you all enjoyed your walk.
Second game: the first shot on the Leo was right on- looking at topography and the aiming circle it was true. Overall, since I've played 37k games and a third are in arty, his rng was right on.
Also, taking into consideration of the hang time of a round, movement has a lot to do with the effect desired. Some days my spg game play is spot on, some not so good. Consistency has been a challenge. Still won't quit playing though.
I want a yoga video. I hope you are getting lots of video of your activities for future videos Claus. Those will be nice to watch. It doesn't always have to be about tanks. I retired two years ago like a lot of people did because of, you know, the thing. I'm in my mid 60s. I do gardening, and I work on my house and cars. I'm a diy guy. I'm putting in the fall garden ATM and will be getting outside more now that the scorching temps have dropped a little here in Texas. I have two dogs that I spoil beyond reason as well. My routine is: get up late, until I feel I can't lay anymore. Make a coffee, every 2-3 hours. Turn on youtube and look for new Claus Kellerman video, or QB. Check if streams are on. Try playing WoT or some other game, if it goes bad. Think of existence, most likely when I'm not playing. Smoke cigarettes, without leaving my smoggy room, preferably while having coffee. Repeat.

I think it is fair to say the poor Leopard was deemed by WG to have a shit show of a game. For all those arty haters, they won the game for the team. I used to like playing arty and at times you could make a difference, slowing attacks or helping a flank in trouble. The biggest joy was targeting the centre of 4 or more tanks and getting lots of damage.
No Claus!!! You think about things too much, WOT wouldn't lie and manipulate RNG to serve their own purposes. It's all fair and impartially simulated tank combat!
Well, the truth about RNG is we cannot know. We can assume, make more or less accurate guess but it will never make it a fact, simply because of lack of information that we have. What looks probable one time, may look different another time. So best thing we can do is to avoid "I know" state of mind, keep information and experience there, but not make a judgement simply because no matter how much we are convinced, it doesn't make it true...lol
The 212b used to be an effective Arty in Tier 10 advances and Clan wars.... Back when Type 5 heavy was useful. The RNG he had, seems normal for a Russian Arty. But not anything you would see otherwise.
I tell my clan mates who hate arta, watch arta games play learn where they go where they shoot on maps. But most just bitch about them being nerfed and should be outta the games. They are part of the games, they have missions that haven’t been adjusted to go along with the campaigns since the last 4 nerfs. WG is failing Arta players it’s being Racist to arta lol.
SE Minnesota similar climate to Canada , LOL I can't sit on Holiday for two weeks Plus !!/ but we do Go camping every other weekend tho get away and enjoy someplace else. do some water sports, fishing tubing , ski etc. sometimes just sit in the river or lake and drink LOL thats why you need to add Koozies to your merch!!
Nerfed or not I don't know my artillery is performing well in some cases and not another the damage seems to be a little less but the accuracy seems to be better M 44 and Bishop still getting the job done for me
m44 nurfed to pure shit or RnG just wont let the 1 out of 20 rounds fired dont even land inside the aim ring , when i hit the tank and red gun or tracks take the whole thing not even stuns or drop right next to a dickermax and get a 3 sec stun with zero damage 3 days ago missed one by10 feet got 7 sec stun and did over 150 damage

ARTY 4 LIFE!!! You're doing it wrong. You need your coffee and snacks to play arty right. That ridgeline area or the 1 line, Thats my fish in a barrel zone. Glad you noticed that. As for RNG. The RNG gods are fickle. Somedays I hit like a sledgehammer, somedays I can't hit a barn. Same gun same crew. Completely different experience day to day.
I usually start my day with arty as my first choice during battle pass days and if my first few shots go way outside I know it isnt going to be a happy and jolly day, but if I hit everything I shoot near is gonna be a bright happy day.
somehow he bullseye on german tanks but misses to do little or less damage on russian tanks.. like in world of warships .. do russian tanks get some (hidden) extra dispersion while shooting upon?
(console) it seems the only use of arty/spgs anymore is just to be chattel for light tanks to prey upon. xp rates on non premium console are garbage so it's not even fun anymore.

One of the first things they will teach you at basic training is not to group together. The problem with this game is people want to use their friendly tanks as Shields. Any tank your next to is a shell magnet.
The one thing which pisses me off fast in this game is when a teammate gets behind you so you can't pull back into cover after shooting. Please do yourself a favor and give your teammates room to move and don't bunch up!

Aside from the worst dispersion values in the game, the T92 HMC also suffers from the most trollish RNG, making it very frustrating to play. One battle you do an easy 4500 dmg and the next one on a similar type of map, you’re lucky to do 1000. I lost count of how many perfectly aimes shots at stationary targets I’ve missed.
No I don't think it's a conspiracy theory. I've lived it. While some clown ball cleaner calls me trash for a 50% win loss over my last 1000. When my JageE100 HEAT bounces on the EBR and object 140. Because "You should have aimed better"

Watch the replay again, it looks like he fired on the Leopard and then moved the aim point slightly. The reticle was red when it moved. Looks like it hit dead center.

You know I've been getting this vibe from this Navy SEAL who's really badass but he's been putting out these workout videos and he doesn't explain what he's doing he just kind of works out and it's kind of weird. He's funny though he will take his kids that can't be more than 10 years old carrying weights across the bottom of a swimming pool for extended periods of time. He is a sick bastard when it comes to using weapons though but it's like dude I can't watch 5 minutes of you doing pull-ups what are you doing?

It sucks to get hit by two arta in the first 30 seconds of a match in your leopard 1, but its worse to get the 183mm hesh gift bag from a shitbarn. Atleast the days of 2000 damage hits from arta are in the past.
