This is probably the only proper Chaos lord that I am tempted to play. Chorfs don't count, because Hashut is way cooler than the other gods. His lore and faction are just too cool. As far as I'm concerned, this big boi is a worthy contender to the title of Everchosen. He's uncool in a cool sort of way, circling all the way to cool. He's single-handedly going to make me tolerate the Nurgle faction.
I love the Lore rants personally! Hyped to see the Fimir chief early. I caught a glance at that trait that gives regen to a bunch of units- it gives horrible regen to skin wolves. I think that's radical.
Surprising that it gives horrible regen to Beasts as well. I guess it stacks with their normal regen to heal faster, even if they can't make use of the revival part.
Chosen Knights used to exist, so now I'm not sure where we're at. My feeling is that the knights represented here are greater than Chaos Warriors but less than Chosen. You still have to achieve a bunch of things to become a knight - they're definitely above regular woc in the pecking order.
I had a look at their stat blocks and it's interesting. Their combat stats are closer to chosen than normal warriors, but their leadership matches the normal warriors.
I've been waiting for you to run a Nurgle campaign for so long and we finally got it! Going to be watching this series diligently! Glory to Papa Nurgle!
Very excited to see the variety of armies you can build out of the Chieftain mechanic. And having Elspeth and Malakai waiting in wings is a big something to look forward to. 10/10 DLC.
I think when Tamurkhan said about the wound being as good as a corpse he was just being kind and reminding everyone that, hey it doesn't matter if you can't kill anyone today so long as you can just get a hit off then Grandfather still loves you. Nurgle is so pure, he just loves 💚
Super excited for this campaign! Personally really hope to see Mournfang somewhat soon, as Skin Wolves are some of my favorite creatures in Warhammer. Having one in a chaos army seems like it could be really cool! Regardless, love the video, keep up the good work!
This looks pretty fun, I'm looking forward to watching this campaign while I wait for you to start Elspeth and Malakia's. It would have been a cooler though if Tamurkhan had started out with a Chaos Champions body and then at level five or ten you got a quest battle against the Red Fist Ogre tribe tribe that would turn his character model into Karaka Mountainbreaker. Especially since they're starting him out in Zanbaijin.
I'm so excited for this campaign can't wait for the return of a favored son, tamurkhan brought me here, but Ghulator is who I came for, and thinking about it you can prob make norvegicus again but actually give him dread quakes It might be a good idea depending on the traits that they have to put the fimir, skinwolf and the Beastman in the same army as at least ketzak seems to buff units from both the others, also the more feral/savage trio running their own monster horde seems like a fun army
I’d say a festering wound is as valuable as a corpse if not more, because it gets to act on a live host eventually turning them into a corpse…eventually…best of both worlds for Nurgle
Blunderbusses have not been nerfed. Also the Werekin Hero has the ability to grant both the army he is attached to and eventually all armies an active stalk stance like Skaven so you will be getting use out of the bonus ambush chance.
It's at 1440p. The settings are a pretty mixed bag of high (textures, effects, etc) and low (shadows and other useless stuff). The game looks nicer due to ReShade as well.
Does thamurkans ogre scratches his ass on the carpet because he has the worm? First time watching a campaign freshly out of the oven! I've been watching the old playlist for a long time now. Thank you so much for the content!!!
The count vampire... he wanted to be a vampire count but got everything backwards: -He gets stronger the more he counts instead of the more he vampires. -His special neck bite goes in the wrong direction. -Being overly satisfied after devouring someone leads to downfall instead of endless hunger -Slow -etc (will make a more refined version of this comment in the future)
I still hate the fact that with nurgle there is the risk of completely running out of units to recruit, for the rest i really like how it works as a faction
What's that smell? Oh right. The ultimate Nurgle Warhost is here! Gonna love this campaign as the Mortal Nurgle units hold a special place in my heart, not to mention forming a special warhost with the units from the various chieftains with the Fimir, Skinwolf, Beastman, and Chaos Dwarf on top of the Warriors of Chaos and Nurgle units you already have.
