This life on earth is only the beginning. Only our bodies will die, not our souls, the real us. We will live eternally with Jesus if we belong to him. The "end" is merely the beginning.
This is a good, down to earth sermon. I would add only one small detail. The word "courage" comes from the French word "coeur", meaning "heart." So when we are exhorted to be courageous, it really means to approach life with heart. With an open heart.
The word "courage" is found in the Bible, so the etymology must be quite a bit older. I wonder what the original Greek or in Aramaic, was? And if the French "coeur" was an iteration to center it on the heart? Joshua 1:9 Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous! Do not tremble or be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go." Psalm 27:14 Wait for the Lord; Be strong and let your heart take courage; Yes, wait for the Lord.
In the last days perilous times shall come. We are in the end of end times.The wrath of God and the judgement day are fast approaching.The second coming of Lord Jesus is very near.

He is teaching preterism however, the parable of the fig tree could be considered a dual prophecy.The average life span in His day was under forty years of age, when the Romans destroyed Israel. In the end, who knows for sure but it is more likely I believe He was refiring to Israel becoming a nation in 48.

No, it is not the end of the world. We will go through tougher times and tribulations, yes. Some may even be martyred but the world will survive. We are waiting for the New Jerusalem.
The world's end will come, but not now. First there will be an end of these times, Church will suffer greatly, Mary's heart will triump and an then an era of peace.
Mary will not triumph over anything. The Trinity will Triumph. They are the ones that satan hates. The church is anyone that has made Jesus their Lord and Savior. It isn't just Catholics.

I'll pray for you Padre. GOD tells us we won't know the day or hour of HIS return, but I really wish you would study bible prophecy. Did you know about one-third of the bible is prophecy. We know that when our Lord brought the Israelites back into their himeland (as prophesied) the countdown the HIS return began, and that happened back in 1948. HIS world also describes many..many other events that are happening. Yes, DO NOT be afraid..BUT please educate yourself about what will soon take place on heaven...on earth..and in hell where satan belongs for eternity and who we rebuke. If anyone has a question...I'm confident I can most likely answer it..with the Lord's guidance. Blessings to those who love and honor the Lord. Amen.

The Lord is not only reminding us of the brevity of life. HE IS TELLING US TO REPENT. There will be a judgment because the LORD is not only TRUTH but Justice, not because he wants it but because the Father requires it. The ephemeral state of life has been expressed in poetry and music. So Jesus was NOT SENT to simply to remind us that life is short. Your misleading your congregation Father by attributing the shortness of life as the message of Jesus to revelation of John concerning END times. If you don’t see chastisement these days you must be asleep, in denial or not acknowledging sin. YES, No one knows when the end will come, not even the angels, or the SON ...only the Father. Yet we are REMINDED by JESUS that God is Holy and we must repent of our sins, for he died for our sins! We are saved by his mercy and robed in his righteousness. So prepare always for the Lord for yes no one knows the hour of death. We should take courage but you cannot if your not born again in Christ. Father I know you mean well but you are diluting the TRUTH of the Scriptures by not encouraging others to take the DEATH of JESUS our Lords sacrifice and resurrection for our salvation as the hope of the world! By understanding life is short is not enough. By turning away from sin, following Jesus NOW and trusting in him, is what you must discuss. We are to God as a puff of wind. I am praying for you and encourage you to speak up for the salvation of souls Father.
You know many priest like this one need to talk more about REPENTANCE!!! THE CATHOLIC CHURCH DOESN'T TALK ABOUT REVELATIONS IN THE BIBLE TOO MUCH. I HAVE NOTICE THIS ALOT. REVELATIONS TELL US WHAT WE ARE LIVING IN RIGHT NOW. SO MUCH EVIL IN THE WORLD. AND SO MANY LOST SOULS OUT THERE.

Same thing since the very beginning. Christians were in a hurry to donate their goods to the Church, to turn them into assets in the heavenly bank.We see that in the book of Acts. In the time of Saint Paul, the office of pastor could be coveted for enrichment. The job had its risks, but that's usually the problem with easy money.

Didn't Jesus tell Christians to pray for God's Kingdom to come and for His will to be done on earth as it is in heaven, Matthew 6:9,10! God's Kingdom is a heavenly government ruled by Jesus Christ as King. Soon Jesus will bring beautiful changes to the earth. There will be no more death, pain or sorrow on earth, Revelation 21:4,5! No more wickedness on earth, Psalm 37:9-11! After Armageddon the meek will inherit the earth and live forever on it, Psalm 37:29; Matthew 5:5; Proverbs 2:21,22! The earth will be cultivated into a Paradise like God intended in the beginning, Genesis 1:28; Isaiah 55:11! Jesus will do on a grand scale what he did when he walked the earth including raising those who are asleep in death, John 5:28,29! There will only be one government over the entire earth forever, Daniel 2:44! Jesus said that this good news of the Kingdom would be preached about in all the inhabited earth for a witness to all the nations, and then the end will come, Matthew 24:14! Can we believe these promises from the Almighty God? Of course we can, NUMBERS 23:19; Isaiah 42:8; Psalm 83:19!

Yes the devil will be very happy with your thinking, yet, Jesus did come to die so that we may have life eternal, of that I'm certain. May God's grace enlighten you to the truth, don't be confused by people, because people are running around chasing up what they want in religion. Christ left his Church on earth, Christ is perfect but people are not. I pray he guides you so you will one day rejoice with him.

All the sacraments are in the Church. The Body and Blood of Jesus is present on the altar in every mass through trans substantiation. We have miracles documented. We have Marian apparitions with 1000's of witnesses over the years with prophecy. Not once does she say there is a rapture. What you are reading and interpreting as a rapture is the final coming of Jesus in the end once and for all. There will be those alive at that time who will be taken up and changed / given spiritual bodies. We are not leaving the earth before times get tough and people who think this are deceived and will be part of the "great falling away" that's mentioned in the Bible because they will think no one is coming to rescue them. But Gold which perishes is tested through fire the Bible says and our faith is far more valuable than Gold, should it also not be tested in the fire of tribulation (not the final wrath) which GOD WILL pour out when he comes in the end. He will take us up before this yes. But do not fool yourself thinking he will come in the "rapture" before the mark of the beast is unveiled. We will all still be here to make that choice and many of us are expected to face death after refusing it. The word says In Revelation that those who were martyred for not taking the mark cry out to God in Heaven for vengeance and then Jesus comes in the 'one and final' coming of Christ to avenge his people as the Just Judge NOT the merciful saviour. The rapture is a false teaching. Be careful. Humble yourself and do your research and most of all be careful what you say about Gods bride - the Church and even more ! What you say about his Holy Mother. The Spiritual body of Christ has Jesus for its head, who was born of Mary. The rest of the Body cannot be born without her. We need her to form us and take us to Jesus, as Says St Louis De Montfort.

God being all powerful didnt need any human woman - Mary or other, to bring Jesus into the world BUT it was his sovereign choice to let it be this way. St John at the foot of the Cross was told by Jesus in his dieing words - Son behold your mother. This was not just for John but for the world. And yes, I'm free. Are you sure you are ? Test all spirits before you claim you have been given a revelation. Jesus told Peter what you bind on earth shall be bound in heaven. God has given this authority to man after he left so dont question the office that God has instituted. This comes from a spirit of pride. Jesus didn't leave us here alone after he rose. The Church is led by him through God's spirit that guides us even today. The Spirit is the spouse of Mary. God himself in the Bible glorified Mary through the angel before he did his own son - "Hail Mary full of Grace the Lord is with thee !... . And later went on to say and blessed is the fruit of thy womb JESUS. Catholics acknowledge and believe Mary is infinitely below Jesus and Protestants have been deceived into thinking otherwise. They think we WORSHIP her. NO. We in all humility , know our place and know we are wretched sinner who aren't worthy to go to Jesus directly before his Mother interceding for us first. This deception comes from the enemy who only comes to confuse and destroy. Before you left the Catholic Church you should have asked some sincere questions and been strong in your understanding of magesterium else the sheep stealers from other sects would fool you. Do you go to the President of a country or the CEO of a major corporation directly with your needs ? No ! You go through the secretary (if you know your place) yes Jesus calls us all to him but if you know your place and are humble, you will do the appropriate thing and stand better chances of having your request met because she presents it in a better way before him.
