To be specific, it's kind of meta censorship in that Shu thought it would be funny to have a character be an adult like Phoenix drinking grape juice when you would think it's wine (and also that he apparently likes it himself, though that information I'm less sure about)
I do like that you guys kept the snide Skulkin brothers commentary alive so far, even though that game is over. Keep those coming, would like to hear more of them.

So excited for the start of the 2nd trilogy!! It has a lot of great characters, and 2 of my favorites of the series. And hyped for Taylor to meet them for the first time haha.

Ah, another journey begins for Pete, Sarah, and Taylor. As usual, the voices you have chosen are more than I could have ever hoped for. Apollo Justice came out in 2007 in Japan and 2008 for Western audiences, so it is now about 17 years old. Anyway, I enjoyed these games immensely, and I hope that you three enjoy your journey through them. I know I will enjoy watching you discover and rediscover these characters all over again. Censorship may have played a factor in their decision making, especially since a certain Justice for All villain had a glass of non-descript chocolate milk, but no, that's some real grape juice. I, too, am a grape juice enjoyer! Sparkling grape juice is the best, I've found. Oh and wine too. I like wine.

Also, he's put as much effort as he could to grow out his hair and still unsuccessful at curing his own baldness. I'm better that "Auchi growth" is there as a reference to The Great Ace Attorney, since I don't remember him having that tuft of hair before. The grape juice may not be censorship. It's just amusing to Shu Takumi that adult characters would like grape juice rather than alcohol. Fun Fact: That pin on Phoenix's hat is the same pin that Young Ema had. In fact, she likely gave it to him. Nice bash on T-Mobile. I use T-Mobile, but I agree with the reception thing. Hell, before moving, I lived in a town that was a T-Mobile dead-zone. Absolutely! It sucked that it was locked to the 3DS, especially as it's losing online and eshop access! (I know that it was released on mobile too. But non free-to-play games on those platforms don't tend to stick around for that long either!) - Pete

pretty sure that that locket/rocket exchange was a play on how native japanese speakers have difficulty distinguishing between the english "L" and "R" sounds. pretty awkward exchange to have while everyone in court is speaking english, but oh well. some Bits just can't really be localised :')
