Aluminum A-arms look good but they are not recommended for bashing. You want a little give. Aluminum Hubs and such are good, just not the A-arms. Just order some RPM A-arms.

Nice bash Abby! That truck took a good beating before finally breaking. I'd like to see you reinforce the body - quality duct tape or fiberglass wallboard joint tape with shoe glue are two popular methods. I'm skeptical that aluminum "A" arms is a smart choice since I'm thinking that having some flex helps keep parts from breaking. Yes, if you're bent on running 3S then update the ESC. The space looks tight but could you fit a heat sink on that motor? Good luck!

The Dukono Pro uses the Hobbywing WP-10BL60, which has a 6v regulated output for the fan. No need to disconnect it for 3S. I have the same ESC in my Volcano EPX Pro and run 3S daily. Thanks for the awesome content! Some of the best content on here..

If you use a servo extension and plug the fan into an extra receiver port it will work. I do this on my redcat volcano and it works great

Need to add a bec for your electronics, if you're running a 3s lipo battery. It's hard on servo as well.

From your truck video yesterday, it looked to me like your Redcat was taking off just because of its particular aerodynamics - with too much air going under it and nothing acting to give it some increased downward force at speed. My stock Redcat Blackout XTE Pro (brushless) doesn't do that, on a smooth road way it stays pretty firmly "on the ground" even at top speed (which I would estimate at something over 35mph)... I was surprised that you didn't line the inside of the body shell with strips of clear "shipping tape", to toughen it up, prevent cracking, and make it last longer. Keep up the good work!

I wish parts were available here in the UK for Redcats as i have a landslide just sitting here broken and cant afford to pay silly prices for postage from the US.

I'd be shocked if that ESC sends full avaliable voltage to the fan. I might be wrong, but it doesn't seem logical. The esc fan plug I would think would a set voltage similar to the BEC output. If I am wrong, just plug the fan into an empty receiver slot, you'll likely need an extension cable though.

At the beginning of the video you said the fan won't take 3s. But when you zoomed in I think I seen a sticker on it saying 2-3s but not sure if the sticker was on the esc or the fan ???

Yeah the truck can run 2 or 3 but the fan cant handle 3s. That's what that little sticker is saying 😉👍⚓😎

That's what i was just commenting. They should pin a comment correcting that cause i don't believe they are correct. Also it's definitely not a good idea to be running that on 3s without a fan. I've never heard such a thing lol.

Well if I didn't know that there are many,[[if any ]]😊 vehicles that can stand up to killer ABBY'S crashing, and bashing I'd say this was a flimsy truck. I would say the body needs to be a bit more rugged, Abby or no.😂. So Abby make sure the parts are tuff. Definitely enjoyed the bashing, crashing, splashing, and all around TRASHING. 😁😁. So Nate if the (semi )sharks were circling, what was the other part of the shark. 🤣🤣😂🤣. Get it.😆. Great video. ⚓⚓👍👍⚓⚓. No semi about it.

Wait unplug the fan cause it can't handle 3s? It should have a resistor on it where it can only have a certain amount of power going to it no? Or the esc should control how many volts it needs to run it. Running that on 3s you're gonna need that fan. I don't understand why they would have a 3s truck who's fan won't run on 3s. Maybe it's defective?

Believe it or not, the dukono pro was my very first *real* rc truck! I’ve had a few reliability issues with it here and there but it’s been super fun and I love it! I’ve clocked it at 50mph with my cell phone on 3s.

Great driving Abby , the jumps in slow-MO was awesome . Get as many aluminum parts as you can and have a blast , I've got my Volcano with as many hop up parts as I could get but if I hit something head on , it bends or breaks . It makes them a little heavy I think but have fun . Great video , can't wait for the next one !!!!

Sorry it broke but when you upgrade to aluminum parts it will take more. But remember it will also make it weaker in other areas. But upgrading in the area that broke will make it harder to break.

I love the look of this truck. Get some proline tires. You could use automotive wheel weights that stick. You might be able to get them at an auto parts store. To weigh down the front of the truck and they come in abunch of sizes. And it clears the street!! Awsome I want one. It took a beating before it broke.
