​​​@Brant Powell not too much is needed. You just need to create such a culture. In the past people didn't know pretty much anything Yogi has said they must do it & They simply did it and eventually a culture was formed that is still somewhat alive. For eg people don't know why they should not eat during certain days but as part of culture they still do it thinking they are doing it for God or something but in the end they are benefiting. In the past a lot was taken care of by Yogis to create such culture and processes. Perhaps people need reason to do anything in the present world . So I feel we should start from schools to teach yoga and certain processes of life may be that will change the world for the better. But before that you need to understand what it is in full depth it's better for a yogi to do it.

@Brant Powell listing to you feels like American really think they are free but in truth they are not. Leaving the deeper part of it. Everyone is getting influenced by something or another inc American eg what you see in tv or something etc. I think Currently the influence of this as well as the importance of yoga is still not there yet. If more people follow a certain process then the rest will anyway pick up. If more tv shows and influential people talk about this or act about it then it will pick up momentum otherwise it will anyway come to the mainstream by one or two generations. I just hope by then it's not too late and we don't get too weekend by junk foods lol.... I don't mean just food but also the way we live... Is not healthy for anyone & definitely bad for the next generation both mental & physical health also the poor conditions the planet heading to....
