It Starts With a Meal: Philippines | Oro Site High School Part 1

🍚 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁: At Oro Site High School, more than 500 grade 7 students are served Rise Against Hunger meals daily, distributed by partner Convoy of Hope, to support their health and education.
📚𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁: More students are routinely attending school, so Oro Site has launched a reading program alongside the feeding program. They identify students who aren’t reading well and help them improve. Last year, 34 of the 36 students who participated were reading at grade level by the end of the year - a 94% success rate!
