A junior has not gained enough experience to document or enough skillset to do so. That is why he needs to randomly network more and more. A junior only has school college experience. But for a senior it is expected he has more to tell about himself.
@@careertalkshorts Poor documentation - senior is rejected for job. No documentation - the senior has no existence. If a senior is somehow surviving by lack of documentation or poor documentation which perhaps is not the case given the current market scenario, his career is going to get doomed very soon.
Seniors with strong documentation to support himself and emails to right email id will soon replace seniors with no documentation and blindly relying on their higher ups.
