I agree you can learn more in doing and not listening… or whatever the option was. Sometimes it doesn’t matter either or because you’re just starting to learn new things then time really will show you how far you have come.

I agree with a slow transition because we’ll I can list a lot here but also you don’t need to be anywhere but present in what you’re accomplishing now: later comes and you’re on the second stage: then you’ll be a lot more comfortable with decisions by the time you get to the third.
