Love your channel I'm originally from Montgomery Ala. If your ever around Greenville Ala, there is a civil war battle site very few knew about. Right at the Pinapple exit, in the field on the right. Used to pick stuff up when I was a kid visiting my uncle that lived down that road. Enjoy your vids. Have a good week. Scott
@AppalachianHistoryDetectives
Thanks Scott...I have never been to Montgomery but lived in Chattanooga and travelled extensively in northern Ala and Huntsville. Lots of history there. My family is from North Central Alabama...

Wow Todd, what an awesome story an place to be detecting. An the history of it just don't get any better then that. An have to go back when you have some more time to spend on the site. I know its small but it just has so much history of the area, there's got to be something amazing hiding in the soil. Especially with all the civil war troops that passed through there as well. Just an amazing site to be able to spend the day digging every inch of it. Great video Todd as always. Have a. Awesome weekend an we shall catch you on your next adventure. As always safe an happy hunting/detecting. 😁👍👍

Thanks Richard. Definitely a gem of a site and I just scratched it. Happy Thanksgiving my friend.
