Formed in Chester, Pennsylvania in 1946, The Pearly Gates released two singles on Okeh in 1953 as The Pearly Gates Spiritual Singers, this EP in 1968, followed by three full length LPs on the same label as The Sensational Pearly Gates. Members on this EP include Elton Jolly and Alvester Murphy.
