ITA Airways - Flight New York JFK to Rome Fiumicino in Business Class on A330

This is a video about my flight with ITA Airways from New York JFK to Rome Fiumicino. Actually, I was supposed to fly in Premium Economy but the Premium Economy cabin was overbooked. So I got a free Business Class upgrade.
The flight was operated with one of the Airbus A330 aircraft which ITA Airways has inherited from Alitalia. The aircraft was painted in ITA's livery but the interior was still Alitalia. And yet, parts of the service already have ITA branding. As I got a free upgrade, I don't feel like I have the right to complain. But I'd like to point out that it was a great comfortable flight - great food, very nice amenities kit by Ferragamo, excellent cabin crew who were extremely friendly throughout the entire flight.
Bear in mind that ITA is in a transition and that the product is changing constantly. So expect more ITA and less Alitalia in the future. In addition, this video is indicative of the business class experience in an Airbus A330. I am sure that the long-haul flights operated with ITA's new A350 aircraft offer a different experience.
Anyway, I enjoyed the flight and I am looking forward to flying ITA Airways in the future!
