He then later put the mizukage under gen jutsu for a couple years (so his gen jutsu is definitely not weak at all) not to mention the kamui is the most broken in Naruto plus he possesses hashirama cells so he can consistently spam his sharingan without losing his eyesight, he also posseses the izanagi and izanami dude would legit not lose

Also, We don’t know if itachi can use perfect susanoo. Itachi didn’t have ems, normal ms, if he use susanoo at high stages, his eye will die early, that’s why he never goes full in susanoo or get used to it like others. Seriously he suffered the most, there is no wonder, if it’s for one battle, he will go perfect like kakashi with his 7 different blade and shield that reflect everything back.

Obito with rinnegan doesn't necessarily have resistance to genjutsu,perhaps people would argue about visual genjutsu from sharingan wouldnt work against rinnegan but we have seen Kakashi war arc battle obito with genjutsu(sharingan) at beginning with one another,pains with rinnegan getting trapped in sage frog genjutsu(sound genjutsu) and itachi has multiple ways of casting genjutsu rather than just his sharingan,we know this because itachi is way more professional at genjutsu than Kakashi ,kurunai and Jiraya (Kurunai)who is also a jonin that uses genjutsu style,and Itachi was able to identify the genjutsu of Kurunai and probably Kurunai's strongest genjutsu I would say because why would kurunai hold back on Itachi?,not only that,we have seen itachi casting genjutsu to naruto using a single finger on point. And people may argue that obito can break genjutsu easily which is a fact but note that in the fight against sasuke, sasuke had to realize he was in a genjutsu to break it.Therefore,Itachi could trap obito in a genjutsu using other methods than his sharingan but obito have to realize he is in a genjutsu to easily break out of it,if for a matter of a few seconds obito does not realize, obito could get attacked by itachi such as Amaterasu Oh yeah one more point,itachi was trained by the genjutsu god himself Shisui Uchiha

In the movie Itachi was able to stop him. It would be an even battle in my opinion. I would even go as far as to say Itachi has the advantage. Kakashi gave obito problems in their final battle and we all know what Itachi did to Kakashi
