I LOVE Gina's singing, and that she is so happy cooking. Her enthusiasm is infectious! I also love her catchphrase: "You like, you make. You no like, you no make." LOL
Gina is still cooking, baking, singing, and with a God bless everyone.....all will be well in this world. Thank you, Gina for inspiring us. I've made your soup...delicious! Thank you for sharing your wisdom, recipes, and expertise! And, bless your family for all that they do.
You can see that Grandma Gina has kneaded dough thousands of times and she has the magic touch. Not only does she have master skills, she puts an abundance of love into her cooking. I believe that is her secret ingredient.

I pray you and your family stay safe. Please stay inside. I enjoy your cooking and when I am not working in the emergency room. I'm a registered nurse on the front line of this horrible virus. Please remember me in your prayers as well.
Gina, I made your bread sticks tonight for dinner. We loved them!!! Your name was shared around our table many times tonight. It was as if you were our dinner guest. Thank you for sharing all your wonderful recipes. You are my favorite. Please keep singing Gina, for you bring a little joy into so many lives and homes. God bless you sweet Gina.
Grandma is taking me safely and sanely through the lonely virus lockdown. Bless you for the calm happy feeling that comes over me when I watch you make magic. My entire extended family is nurtured by your charisma and your food.
Cioa Gina I love watching you! I was born in a small town in Naples Italy and came to Canada at 4 1/2 years old with my family. I just wanted to tell you that you cook very close to the way my mother did and I wish I had her on video cooking her recipes. Now she is gone and we don't have all of her wonderful recipes, because she never wrote any down , like you, so ours never turn out as good as hers. Yours videos have helped inspire me, and to get the measurements I was missing for my mothers recipe's, so THANK YOU for that and keep on doing what you are doing, watching you is like watching my mother! Good bless you and your family during this horrible time, stay safe and if you ever come to Canada I will cook for you!.. tanti bacci da.Felicetta
I understand your predicament indeed. My Mother passed very unexpectedly in Feb. She never wrote down her recipes either. Her measurements were a dash of this, a smiggin of that or a sliver of something else. I miss my mom desperately and pray she is watching over me and my brothers. God Bless you and your family and especially your Mother.
@@RealPeterGunn I am sorry for your loss. I can't cook hardly anything and make it taste like mom's..every now and then I hit a home run and get close..God bless you Mr. Gunn!! Peace be with you!!
Peter thank you, in 2018 we lost my only brother the baby of the family, 5 months later my mom and almost a year later my dad, all in less than 2 years, its a lot , now its only my sister and I so we truly do miss them, everyday and I don't think that will change, just get a little better. I know your mother is watching over you, like my family is, stay strong, and carry on her memory. Stay safe I am praying for the world during this awful time.
Chef Douglas here: you are truly a great lady. You remind me of the woman in my school hometown who first taught me to cook, Helena Russo. She was just as good and as fun as you.
Hello again my friend. Making this for tomorrow lunchtime with homemade tomato and bean soup as hubby is home working and the kids are home. Stay safe and may god continue to bless you. Love to you and your family, always your friend in England

So glad you are keeping busy during this time! Ah it's Gina! I love watching! How positive and loving! God bless you! Stay safe grandma! Yummy bread sticks!!
When I was young, I was growing up in Chicago. I can't tell you the number of Italian Mama's and Grand Mama's they were alla' Gina's! Sadly, I didn't pay attention to their cooking, I only enjoyed the end result. Well Gina, I'm paying attention now. I enjoy every minute of every video. And I can't believe how simple the recipe's are. That is really the essence of Gina's cooking. Very simple ingredients, like flour, eggs, salt, pepper, olive oil, and a tremendous amount of experience love, patience. Love and patience for cooking that I've never had, until Gina taught me. Thank God for Gina and for whomever the genius is that decided to build a channel around her! Go 'a Gina!

I'm so happy to see another recipe from you. I LOVE making them. Nonna Gina in New Zealand where I live we have a Maori proverb which says "There is food at the ends of my hands" meaning the knowledge gained over the years to provide for family. To me you are that proverb xxx
I followed your recipe and cooked Italian food with my 7 years old daughter. It was so delicious. She definitely love it!!😘❤ Thank you so much and stay healthy !!
Gina, you are such a sweet grandmom. Everything you make looks delicious. Love your videos. I just made dough to make breadsticks & pizza dough. About an hour ago. I cannot wait to cook some of you are recipes with my great nephews. Your videos reminds me so much of my childhood, growing up in Chicago in a mostly Irish neighborhood (I am Irish ) with a few Italian Neighbors.
