Italian Guys try Olive Garden for the first time 

What they said was real, never saw those things as Italian food, in my Italian cities. 😂 We don't have those thing here. But if they can't speak Italian, it's another storie. At least they know that we don't it like that.

King von Bulls So in other words: They’re... ...not Italians. Look: It’s cool that people in the USA (or Canada in this case) take some pride in their ethic heritage. But don’t for a second imagine you’re the actual same nationality as your ancestors. And that goes not just for idiots who call themselves “Italian” but also for idiots who call themselves “Irish” or “Polish” or “Swedish” or whatever. I’m of Anglo-Saxon background from New Zealand and I would NEVER consider myself “English”! You’re Italian if you’re from Italy. I’m sure Olive Garden sucks. But why not be honest and just declare “Italian-Canadian” or whatever instead of “Italian”? P.S. Cheftekar D my parents are Americans but Italian. We went to my dads parents house in Sicily and good lord can my grand parents cook. Like I never in my life liked spaghetti, I just don’t like it, but when I tasted hers I found out that spaghetti isn’t bad, American spaghetti is, also the bread, their bread is so different and wonderful, everything isn’t drowned in garlic and store bought red sauce. Truly amazing how different American Italian food is

Jack people may be born in America, but if their heritage is in Italy, then they’re Italian American, they make Italian food, in an American fashion, pizza, in America is pizza, which is Italian, but refined and developed in America, it’s an Italian dish made by Americans, I.E American Italian pizza, American Italian gnocchi, American Italian calamari. It’s not Italian but the dish itself is Italian, just Americanized thus labeled “American Italian”

I'm half Italian to be honest, these guys are pretty accurate about the taste of Olive Garden. It has gone downhill the past couple years, it used to be decent. The ONLY thing I will eat from there, if I even bother wasting my money, is the Zuppa Toscana soup. That's the only good thing, in my opinion, they have on the menu. Everything else is sgradevole!
