Needs 1 1/2 baths carved out of rooms, plaster work, star workbto attic and basement, new kitchen and all new windows and doors plus railings repaired or replaced. Its not in abruzzo or tuscany, so price may still be a bit high. The big plus is the private parking spot and the lovely village.

No bathroom??!! The stairs, all of the stair's especially the ones to the basement is a nightmare!!! Knock the house down and build a new one if you can build a decent house based on the narrow width of this house! 🙏🙏🙏🙏😊😊😊😊

Question about that back wall by the terrace. Looking at the video at 20:15 mark is the faded green door part of this house or is that a neighbor. We are trying to determine if you could build up that way to make that door more private if it belongs to this house.
