I can imagine a culinary/agri tourism business at this site. Growing, harvesting, and cooking food from onsite. Perhaps partnering with nearby farms for variety of produce or meat. Picturing the 1st unit kitchen & dining combined into a massive kitchen and the large lounge turned into a large dining room/taverna. Hosting dinners on the huge terrace as well. Those flower boxes by the stairs filled with herbs. Accommodations set up by dividing the 2nd unit up. So much potential if one had the money to invest & if there’s enough in the area to draw guests.

OMG! I really feel for the Lady of this house! I am surprised that none of her children would want it! The memories alone must be unbelievable. This home needs attention on the outside first to seal the walls from moisture so it will not affect the interior walls, followed by new windows everywhere. Depending on the climate one might consider exterior insulation followed by a high strength stucco. Many homes in the Mediterranean region are installing this thermal insulation. Triple pane windows and solar water heaters will help conserve energy. I have seen these issues with floor tiles and marble floors in Greece. They used plain mortar to adhere tiles but yes it would fail after some time. Tiles and mortar must be removed before tiles can be reapplied with tile adhesive which is far more durable. Whoever purchases this nice property will have their hands full for several years. Wish I was 15 years younger, it would be a fun project!

Such a beautiful piece of land and amazing views! I worry about the overall quality of construction, as the damage seems more significant than is typical from only lack of use. Love the Syd Barrett mural on the wall. Nonna or her family member has excellent taste in music! ❤️
This is such a large house the only prospect is the make it a bed and breakfast after reconfiguring the house. Views are beautiful. This house a little overwhelming.
This could be an amazing property. Looks like the structure is decent. Not sure about the roof. The property looks nice and the terrace is very nice. Thats the good points. Unfortunately it looks like everything needs to be updated and a place this size is going to be expensive to update. Bathrooms, kitchen, windows and doors and 800 square meters of tile work alone is going to run in the hundreds of thousands. If it needs a roof as well then I'm not even sure the cost. Minimum I would say to do this right would be 600k and maybe as much as 700k. No way to say for sure until you get an architect in there and establish a budget. use painting that exterior could run 100k or more. It could be truly magnificent if done right though.
Hi guys, what is the yearly tax for this property, city council services tax? Any conditions for having animals? Also more less how much more needs to be spend to make house completed?
the price is way to high . you have to keep in mind that everything has to be redone. at least 1000€ pro square meter. And nowadys nobody needs such a big space to live in. i think it will be very very hard to sell... regardless if now or some years in the future. Great views for sure ! But thats about it.
