I love making bread and today I am using my Bread Cloche. A bread cloche is equivalent to a Dutch Oven when baking Artisan Breads. The bread recipe that I am using today is one that I made with just a few ingredients. I would love to hear from you if you have ever made Artisan Bread and what you use to make your bread.
Ingredients:
3 1/2 cups bread flour (450 grams)
1 1/2 cups warm water (100-110 degrees Fahrenheit)
2 1/4 teaspoon Instant Dry Yeast (or 1 package of Instant Dry Yeast)
1 teaspoon Salt
1 Tablespoon Italian Seasoning
1 - D.R weight 6 ounce can or 170 grams of large pitted black olives
