Italian Olive Artisan Bread prepared in an Emile Henry Bread Cloche

I love making bread and today I am using my Bread Cloche. A bread cloche is equivalent to a Dutch Oven when baking Artisan Breads. The bread recipe that I am using today is one that I made with just a few ingredients. I would love to hear from you if you have ever made Artisan Bread and what you use to make your bread.
Ingredients:
3 1/2 cups bread flour (450 grams)
1 1/2 cups warm water (100-110 degrees Fahrenheit)
2 1/4 teaspoon Instant Dry Yeast (or 1 package of Instant Dry Yeast)
1 teaspoon Salt
1 Tablespoon Italian Seasoning
1 - D.R weight 6 ounce can or 170 grams of large pitted black olives

Thank you for watching my video. I must say I have used this a lot of late and I think it makes the best artisan bread. It is a lot better than using a Dutch oven in my opinion. Very soft and delicious.

Do you have any concern about putting the cold cloche into the pre-heated oven? The Emile Henry recipes tend to start their ceramic bakers in a cold oven, I assume to prevent cracking. I plan to try your recipe in the E.H. bread pot!

Thank you for watching my video. I have always used mine in this manner. I did some research online from the company and they said their products were safe for refrigerator, stove and oven. I haven’t had a problem with this cloche going into a hot oven. Thank you for watching my video.
