Perfect for the Summer as it’s quick to make and can solve last minute lunch or dinner, even if you travel or go to the beach with your kids.
Dose for 2-3 people, so if you need it for more people , double the ratio of ingredients 👇
- 250-300 grams of breadcrumbs
- a can of anchovies
- 300 grams of Linguine by Rummo
- a bunch of fresh parsil
- extra virgin oil.
*You can add chili and garlic if you like , mixing it at the beginning with breadcrumbs
