Your program is luscious, wish I knew where to go and eat your food. To some of the people making comments about the basil,cheese, small sausages etc it is rude to insert your opinion on the chefs cooking because you out to know the old saying “every cook has his own book”you may not use certain ingredients in your own cooking but it does mean that what he’s doing or using is wrong. You can cook your way let others do he same without criticising.

do you see Italians making videos showing how to make authentic Korean or Japanese or Thai food in Italy... no. Why? Because we have food culture and respect other food cultures. it's too easy to say pasta and pizza and use the adjective Italian... doesn't make it original or authentic.

Disgusting, you used Grana Padano which is a bad parmesan (too acidic) for Italian pasta you have to use Parmigiano Reggiano, this is a real cheese for Italian pasta SHAME !!!!!
1. Troppo condimento, ne basta 1/3, altrimenti copre la pasta. 2. Non si mette il grana padano con cozze, vongole e capesante. 3. I wurstel sopra la pasta no vanno assolutamente bene.
HACE FALTA SER TONTO, PARA COLECCIONAR PASTA Y PIZZAS. SE COLECCIONAN SELLOS, MONEDAS, PINTURAS, COCHES...... PERO PRODUCTOS PERECEDEROS, PASTA Y PIZZAS, ES COMO HACER UNA COLECCIÓN DE FILETES O DE PATATAS FRITAS. DEBERÍAS IR AL MÉDICO PARA QUE TE LO VEA. ES PARA PREOCUPARSE MUCHO.
