As an Indian, I feel this guy. As a child, when I watched food shows making foreign dishes without seasoning, garlic, ginger etc. I thought that they added all the seasoning behind the scenes secretly and didn't show it on tv. Because I couldn't comprehend how something that's supposedly delicious and tasty, has no seasoning
@@aaliyaahmed4975 some foods taste bland but many foods dont. Flavor can come from many different sources and foe example in this recipe, the cheese is extremely salty and adding more salt would in fact make it taste badly. Its hard to comprehend, I know. But things like cheese that had aged for years sometimes have a very strong flavor (just as older kimchi develops more flavor). Singular ingredients can also be very flavorful. Tomatoes in season in italy taste entirely different than the tomatoes i get in switzerland in winter. Seasoning and spice is great; I love indian food. But other food can taste too, you just gotta try the authentic way.
Guys, if you WANT to have eternal life, turn to Christ and repent of your sins. Jesus died for you, and he loves you. I'm NOT forcing you to do this. It's YOUR decision. I'm just spreading the gospel. 😅
@@MangoMania15 lol you and the other person misunderstood this comment. It means that the OP do love traditional Italian food, but as an Indian whose cuisine is heavy on seasoning, OP can relate with the reactions of the other guy in the video. It doesn’t mean OP actually likes adding seasoning to theirs even though OP claims to love traditional Italian food. It’s amusing that way. Think of it as a juxtaposition. You shouldn’t take everything literally
They probably made it using heavy cream and parmesan. Added too much cheese and put the left over in the fridge. This is what happens when you try to reheat that, you pretty much have to remelt the cheese. Basically she made parmesan flavored Velveeta.
@@ariramadhan6362 Italians use lots of herbs idk what you’re on about, and spices were meant to be used as a preservative, you don’t need to season cheese because it’s already been preserved quite well so why use it there? And it tastes better without anything masking the cheese flavour
@@No_Relation_666 italians? Ah yes, "we put standard of what food should be based on how we cook" meanwhile, asian use same amount of spice and herbs as much as italians most used spices recipe as the most regular food, and who said italians use lots? Most of the recipe only have less than 10 spices, And spices as preservative is like how italian use it? Cheese need no seasoning? Korean cheese buldak taste alot better, gojuchang + cheese taste good and not so boring
Another fun fact, here in italy it's called just "Pasta with butter" or (in italian) "Pasta al burro" we don't call it "Alfredo Pasta" when I first heard about this recipe I was like: What??!😂😂
Aryans vs Mediterraneans back then: "Fighting over political dominance." Aryans vs Mediterraneans now : "Fighting over food, whether it needs the spices or not."
@@domerino-ft6sd bro, do you even know what the definition of "Aryan" is? and don't you know the basic history of India? C'mon bro, google it and don't just be the victim of Nazi Propaganda😂
@@domerino-ft6sd bro, your arguments doesn't proof that i'm wrong wtf. i've just said "An Aryan from India" and you said "Another Aryan from whatever you are", please use your logic bro.

Well some food tastes better with no seasoning Just like kichdi in india, its lentils, rice , Dalila with salt and ghee 😋 Tastes way better than fried one or seasoned one.
@@pikachuthunderbolt3919the fu*k you talking about khichdi has turmeric, red chilli powder, coriander powder, black pepper and salt in it along with the ingredients mentioned above
Ahahah I'm an Italian living abroad and I'm fighting all the time because of this. I make prople simply food with just a few ingredients and they add more stuff. They can't understand Italian food got very simple recipes with just 2 or 3 ingredients and they think the more ingredients the better. One day they couldn't believe i had a pizza with just mozzarella, tomato and mushrooms. I've been pushed to add more stuff on top
As an Indonesian, I would always stir fried those ingredients with garlic, pepper, chili, and minced beef. And yeah, fried shallot as the final topping is a must 😂
La pasta Alfredo non è conosciuta in Italia ne si trova nei ristoranti, ne si cucina a casa. Questo è un piatto della cucina americana ma loro stessi credono da sempre che sia italiana
@@poempadgett4664 pushpek ks currently living in Canada but I am not 💯 sure if he is Indian of not. You can watch previous videos or Google about him for more info. Anyways thanku

Matteo: There are only 3 ingredients: Parmigianino reggiano, butter and *salt* Pushpek: Where's the seasoning? The garlic, the *salt* , the pepper, the hot sauce? they DID put seasoning
Me as Indian be like: did it taste just cheesy or Like at home we session pasta with spices I respect your traditions but one time you should try our pasta you will love it
From what I know, the Parmigiano Reggiano is the main ingredient because the butter is to make it soft and creamy but that's about it. The salt is to make the pasta easier to cook. The Parmesan is the main ingredient, folks! ❤❤
