@@hipsteryouth3753 shitty? Pickford is one of the few gk who let the least goals in during the tournament... in comparision to others pickford played exceptionally in this tournament.
It was a great strike.Strange thing about Maguire he`s actually better at set pieces scoring goals and scoring that one than he is defending them the other end.
Maguire's was a great penalty, but the best penalty I've ever seen is from Kevin Pressman, who was a goalkeeper. Look it up, he took it like a goal kick and just buried it in the top corner without hesitation. Hit the angle of the bar.
Fantastic how shaw wasted time with every lineout after 10 minutes from the begin 🤣 England friends, you could win if you played in normal way instead of defend. Ne dovete mangiare di pastasciutta 🍝🍝🍝🍝🍝
I wish they could've had him instead of Ventura immediately after Conte! They probably wouldn't have failed to qualify to that WC if that went this way! Or that Conte stayed at least until WC 2018
@Achim Noffke not sure if Donnarumma didn't want to celebrate in order to not hurt the english children who were present there, or if he just had not understood Italy had won...probably the latter 😶🏆🇮🇹
It: 3/4 En:2/4 Si italia lo metian ganaban. Si lo fallaba e Inglaterra metía seguían. Italia fallo el quinto y Donarumma lo tapo ganando así Italia. Donarumma pensaba que aún faltaba un cobro italiano y por eso su reacción calmada.

BS. He knew but didn't want to celebrate in front of the England fans and showed dignity and great sportsmanship. Same with pickford when he sportingly clapped us when we won.

I think it has more to do with the fact that Mancini didn't put in a 23 yo, 21 yo, and 21 yo to take the last penalties which had a lot of pressure. Kane, their first taker, should've taken the fifth instead. The youngest Italian taker was 26 (Berardi) and took the first penalty with the least pressure. Jorginho, their best taker, took the last penalty with the most pressure, even though he did miss. The shoot-out was a disasterclass from Southgate
@@vignotum132 And the Italians were a lot more experienced, the average age on their team was 27.6 if I remember correctly. Southgate should've picked Grealish ,Declan Rice and Maybe Henderson to take the pens instead of Sancho, Saka and Rashford. Fair play by Italy.
1: Beradi scores 2: Kane scores 3: Belotti’s shot is saved by Pickford 4: Maguire scores 5: Bonucci scores 6: Rashford’s shot goes of the post 7: Bernardeschi scores 8: Sancho’s shot is saved 9: Jorginho’s shot is saved 10: Saka’s shot is saved

Fair play to Donnarumma, I don’t even think he knew what the penalty score was. He was definitely a great keeper, Pickford I think also played really well too. Congrats to Italy 🇮🇹

I would disagree about "levels above us". England should have won that game after Chiesa walked off injured. The only thing that was levels above anything was Mancini, Southgate is a terrible manager and allowed Bonucci and Chiellini to become the playmakers of the team in the 2nd half and they were literally just picking every long and through ball they wanted because he set England up in a super low block. Rewatch the game, Italy's midfield was being bypassed so much in the late stages and they were still creating chances, that's not a good thing when your midfield doesn't even have to create but you're stilling threatening
@@Y0utubeIsFuckingHomo England has never been dangerous, except for the goal, then no shoots in the donnarumma door, so I dont know which game did you see but italy was superior. for sure a lot of fault is for southgate but he is young and with no manager experience
@@TheCiuino I saw the exact same game you and your mother watched and I disagree. England could have scored another one but there was no midfield or forward press and they were setup in a low block, by the time they tried to change the situation it was too late.

I want a zoom on the English fans. That moment of false hope when Jorginho misses, promptly followed by total destruction. Donnarumma slapped the whole England, and it was so satisfying.
I know Donnarumma's Walk has become legendary, but the reason behind it is quite funny: he had not realized they had just won 😂 In his mind he was simply leaving the goal to the other goalkeeper.

England won 2 penalty shootouts before euro 1996 Against Spain then World cup 2018 against Colombia 2019 Nations League doesn't count cause Nations League is not a major tournament
English often consider Italians, Spanish and Latin Americans as inferior, but the way they behaved in these euro’s( before and after the final) was just barbaric. Anyways, congrats to Italy!🔥🔥
True. As a german i always did see Italy as rivals in football and didnt want them to succeed. And when they knocked us out from our home world cup in 2006, it left a mark on me when i was 14. Whenever there was an Italy match, i was rooting for their opponent automatically. However, the way english "fans" behaved filled me with so much disgust that was was rooting for Italy in this final. And Italy did serve sweet karma. The majority of the english crowd is just unworthy to celebrate a title. While you can make party at any point during a tournament with most italians, the english are just disrespectful brats who would even attack elderly people and children and completely whistle down any anthem.
@@gothia1715 Dopotutto vale la stessa cosa per noi. La nostra rivalità calcistica é soprattutto verso Germania, Francia e Brasile. @@dayyanulhaque4125 lol, at least italy is happy when they win something, youre happy when the italy loses. youre miserable dude. england is trash and will always be trash
Italy played the most beautiful football and played some of the best football all tournament. It is best when such a team win but like all teams must earn it, fight for it and work for it which they did. Great to see Italy win. England were very very lucky with home pitch and much weaker teams in their half of the draw but were a tough team to beat even if they were tactically not flexible. The mistake not to play Grealish to create in the final was costly. The penalties by England were some of the weakest possible: Mid-Left of goalie is very very weak: Who ever thought those up needs to seriously go back to the drawing board. Kane missed in the semis in this direction, Belotti missed, Saka and Sancho missed here. Whoever decided to go there made a huge mistake. They have the ability to blast the ball into a corner it is better.
Calm down man, it's clear you're salty against england for some reason. The fans are deluded and nasty but england only had home advantage going for them. Denmark turned out to be of the best teams in the tournament and germany has always been a boogie team, england deserved to be there. Meanwhile, italy were taken to extra time by austria and were a competent spanish striker away from goign out. England lost because of soutgates poor management of the final and mancini's superior management. Penalties are easy to talk about in the comfort of your own home but live, it's all luck. As long as you get it on target, towards the corner and with some power, it will be down to the goalkeeper. Rashford's penalty was dissapointing but the worst penalty of the whole tournament was jorginho's who basically passes it into the net, premier league goalkeepers like pickford figured him out a long time ago.
@@mistergray9664 I'm just using his logic against italy. I also believe italy were the best team in the tournament and desrrved the win but england deserved to be in the final. A lot of people have been triggered by the ebglish fans which is understanble cos they are horrible.
@@michaelbilotta1567 Yup but england generally park the bus so anyone igong to look good against them with most of the ball. If spain had competent strikers they would have won it imo but itaky doesn't have good strikers and they got the job done so no excuses, italy well deserved
