I was born in Naples and have holidayed on the Sorrento / Amalfi coasts since I was a kid. I now live abroad and I miss them. Nice videos about my birthplace.
Nice! We had some very narrow roads at Amalfi aswel.. Going down to check a cool spot only to realise you have to turn around with the van because you can not go further.. Luckily we are not that big! But still.. felt like we were 4meters wide and 10 meters long sometimes haha. But it's all worth it when you reach the most beautiful coastlines! (If only to take a dip in the waters to wash away your cold sweat.. ;)) Enjoy guys!
Awesome drive and amazing views of one of the most beautiful coastlines worldwide. 👏👍 1:53 looked nice but a bit dangerous.😉 It is great to have a right-hand drive car driving in this direction, because the driver has a direct view down the shoreline.
This seems to be a very nice place, I hope I can visit sometime in when all this is over. Seeing and sharing places like this is why I love traveling and make videos so much!
Hi there! I have the same sprinter model as you have and - till I saw your video - didn't want to visit the amalfi coast because if the famous tight roads. of course, depending on the traffic (were going end of september) it should be okay, according to your video. would you do it again?
So this was during covid so it was exceptionally quiet, I still found it quite stressful. Busses drive the route and you’ll meet some coming the other way and wonder what on earth you’re doing 😫😂 I’m honestly not sure if I would do it again, I probably would but I’d be avoid peak hours of the day too, maybe drive in the evenings or very early mornings! From what I remember the campsites are very few and far between and not cheap.
@@surfreadjumpsleep Yes so we had our parents post some bits over from the UK to Italy via a DHL post office thing! Some other companies may do it now but we had no issues with DHL
