The outlet has opened a new type of sales - online shopping /since the borders are closed/ with the help of whats chats, each boutique has its own number, which you can go to, and when you open the media gallery, see the available products that are in the boutiques. All communications go directly to the boutiques. You can communicate in English and in Italian.
