Italy Street Food Festival. Best Meat from the World Chopped and Roasted 

The best meats in the world grilled by the biggest 6 braziers in Italy!
On 24 and 25 September the event "The Golden Steak" took place. The Italian T-bone steak cooking championship in Piazza Virginio in the city of Cuneo, Italy.
The competition consists of 3 challenges, each with a different type of cut (2nd challenge in this video):
1st challenge: Rib of Beef
2nd challenge: Tomahawks
3rd challenge: "Fiorentina"
