I just love the Italians when they have their street fairs and markets, - they sure know how to cook properly as opposed to the British, who I find seem to 'play' at cooking one or two items at a time and then 'Heavily Overcharge' for them. - Give me Italian cooked food any-day, - (not that I like all of it I'm afraid), - I don't,. - but at least it's always Hot, well presented, and you get a damn good portion.

I'm from Italian decent and that is not the way I know Italian food, that is disgusting and turned me right off, the only one I thought was reasonable and would try would be the pasta dish, how much liquid can a bread roll hold, lots by the looks of it, yuk.
should we be obsessive over cross contamination of how they use the same spatula/tongs/utensil to handle both raw and cooked meats, including half cooked ones where one side is cooked but the other still raw? DO they even care about that? I need to know if we're supposed to be concerned about that in a food service setting.

Since when black ppl become such germaphobes?? You think because someone has gloves on means they haven't touched nasty things? Lmao people that wear gloves keep the same pair on all day and touch everything!! The register, money, change, rags for cleaning etc. Hands are actually cleaner.
