Our typical use case is that ServiceNow is used for Strategy and Planning, and ADO for delivery. ServiceNow allow you to defining strategies - including creating visual roadmaps, create backlog via work intake with Ideation and Demand and then sprint planning via the Agile Program board. ADO would then be used by the developers to execute on the work, including using functions like tracking commits and pushing releases through a pipeline.
