Hi Friend's in today's video.We have vlogged our Buffet Lunch experience in ITC Grand Chola Five Star hotel in chennai.We recently visited after lockdown and share our whole experience about food,menu,service,atmosphere,ambience,safety measure takeduring pandemic times etc.We enjoyed thoroughly the ITC Grand Chola buffet lunch in Madras pavilion Restuarant.

For your kind information. Meats and fishes are always minimum 80+days old in all star hotels. They will be stored in -16*c , cook and server after 80+days. It is written rule that all hotels should ve all ingredients for next 90days. If incase any natural calamities or unusual things happen - hotels should serve their customers. Taste will be good but it wont ve any health benifits instead it is opposite. Keep this in mind before you go to any start hotels and ve nonveg. I am saying rom my hotel experience as butcher, Chinese chef and bakery&confectionery chef....

Hi this is not 7 star it's only 5 star deluxe... I worked as continental chef here for almost 5 years.... On special buffets I used to make some continental dishes here for buffet... But actually I worked in another outlet...
