Displacement is 297cc, has 39 hp at the wheel and a torque of 3.3 Nm which is almost constant like an electric engine. So, nothing to do with 2 or 4 strokes. The fuel is like a 2T engine with 2% of special oil. The exhaust is like a 4T without expansion chamber but only a straight pipe with a silencer at the very end. Unfortunately the racing roules double the displcemente making the bikes competing against the over 500cc...

Hi Febri, top speed is not so relevant off-road. Anyway on 120 km/h you better stop accelerating. If you want an estimate I can tell you 140 km/h but I stopped at 130. Remember that it’s a 1976 294ccm.
