If u don't use gems to do extra quest then maybe 1-2 more months, if u use gems to do extra q maybe like 3-5 quests a day 2-3 weeks later u will get ur lv10 role, with supplier cape maybe 1-2 weeks faster for 1 quest per day and maybe few days to 1 week faster for 3-5 quests per day Hope u get ur lv10 role soon bro, good luck!

Thier functions are different, the capes give bonus points after u completed the quest while the mask reduce the items required for the quest, so they can't be stack but definitely can be used together
