Hi Ajay, Thank you very much for the detailed explanation. One question: the service account that was created in a virtual machine,where we used it(I understood we used it for log on as a service) but how it was linked with our servicenow instance.

ServiceNow Account which we created, That required to run the Service on Mid Server
