Thanks! I totally understand but as a pregnant lady who is totally fit otherwise it's good advice if they have money. Even though big cities like Ghaziabad too. When you heard every deliveries are c section then it's too scary. Anyways, it's just my opinion according to my family and my circumstances, different people has different opinions

only IVIG is costly. Can be done free at few govt hospitals. there are limited options in pregnancy.

Sir me nepal se hu mera bb ko itp he jab mene admit karwaya thaa us samaya 3000 plt thaa dr ne elbonix 50 MG tablet chalaya thaa or 1 week baad 3.52 lakh huwa fir unhone dose kaam karwaya or 25 mg start huwa or 1 week baat 6.22 lakhs huwa tyo tablet stop kiya tyo ab 20 days running he o hamne regular hapte me cbc kawarte he tyo platelet 1 lakh ke se har report me ghat raa he o latest cbc me 2 lakhs he ye kyu ho raa he stable kiu nai ho raahe ab below 1.5 lakh huwa tyo phir tablet continue karna he or aap kya suggest karte he plz reply kiziya🙏

Hi Dr Karuna.I am from ghaziabad and .my wife is having six month pregnancy and diagonsed with unknown ITP 1.5 month ago...bone marrow biopsy and other tests anti platelet test etc..done but no avail.she is taking wysolone 20 MG and azoran DAILY and IVIG WHENEVER PLC goes down below 10K..Although she never had bleeding even when plc reduced upto 3K..what should we do??

Sir, in my case during pregnancy, itp is diagnosed in 3 rd month... Doctors have given steroid from 3 month onwards.. In 8 th month they have given azoran then ivig(double dose), even Romiplastin also twice 12sdp and 24 rdp bt then too no improvement... During delivery time my platelet was 3000 only. And i lost my baby in uterus only at 36 week... Plz suggest me for further.... Still suffering from itp

sir mai kanpur se hu.mujhe ITP hai 2020 se hai maine baby plan kiya 6 month tak meri platlate 1 lakh k arround rahi but 7 month me gir gyi uske bad mujhe electrombopag medicine li..37 weeks me meri sijiriun delevery hui..uske bad mere bacche ki platelates 12 thousand nikli vo abhi NICU me hai usko 2 RDP aur 2 IVIG dose diye gye fir badh k 70 thousand hui 1 din bad fir se 50 thousand aagyi mai bahut pareshan hu...kya sir meri beemari mere bacche ko bhi hai kya
