Wrong info ar 5.36.those who file itr1 and 2 need NOT submit form 10iEA to select old tax regime. Form 10iEA is only for people wirh business or professional income who file itr 3,4,5. Please recheck.

Exactly.. form 10IEA is only for people showing business income.. they need to use this form to "Opt out or Re-enter" in the new tax regime from old tax regime.. this statement is very clearly mentioned in the income tax site itself..

If state governments don't pay the tax to central government then what will happen? Form 10-IEA. This form is to be filed by taxpayers having income from business or profession i.e. taxpayers filing ITR using ITR-3 or ITR-4. Taxpayers who do not have income from business or profession can simply tick the “Opting out of new regime” in the ITR form without the need to file Form 10-IEA. It's not for people filling ITR-1.

Salaried people are the most affected people as far as Income tax is concern. Also tax amount are getting utilized as per the whims & fancies of the ruling party- AP & Bihar budget allocation is a classical example.

1.For claiming more than 1 lac as rent paid you have to give the PAN of the landlord 2. You have not told anything about AIS which has to be cross checked with regard to FD IT deducted at source before filing3. Stamp duty exemption is allowed for constructed property not for plots4. For Sr citizen Rs50K allowed as exemption under 80TTB 5. For salaried class and pensioners file your return after 15 the June because Banks take time to send the details to IT dept

We pay more than one lakhs per year and paying tax for more than 18 years and atm withdrawal more 50 lakhs for last 5 years per yearsincone is more than 12 lakhs. If we redeposit amount more than 10 lakhs tgen why ask 200% tax and not accept saving of atm withdrawal miney . In 2016 nover goverment stoped miney and not allow to withdrawal of new money..but allow in hospital for old money we suffered a lot for fatgee in law treatment because we are not able eithdraw money and pay for medicine bill and hospital bill..nearly need 18 lakhs for bybass surgeryfor recover....

Hi All, Recently 20 days back, i have filed ITR for my refund. Under Income tax portal bank account newly added shown as validation in progress & Not eligible for refund. Last 4 days back it has been failed, again i have added revalidated (Still showing validation in progress) when i contacted Added bank 🏦🏦 already KYC it has been added from bank end before 8 years ago. Everything is correct from bank side. What i need to do inorder to validate bank details in income tax portal. Tq

Ok nam naadu valarchi adaiya naam tax pay saivadhil thavarillai. Ratham sindhi, laabam nashtam paarthu uzhaitha sambalathai maikkaamal arasukku naam thellathelivaaga solvom, illaiyenraal abaraadhame makkalai konruvidum. Brother I am not having own house if I demand rent bills or Pan no. They asked to vacate the dwell so last year sheffed four times OUR Govt knows all our position Govt should do do needful to us. Ten years back Perham Mantry housing scame their office collect Rs. 500+5000/- and gave a receipt for Rs500/-.Aftter that while I asked that amount send to Prame minister fund he will do further, they vacate the office God will do further

26 as and ais are complementary to each other and ais contains all information and 26 as contains tax deduction details along with relevant income only.26 as also continuing now.
