Suppose i bought shares today morning using CNC order itself, and sold today itself with good returns. Now this will be considered in business income intraday? Or STCG itself?? I have never selected MIS order in such trades wich i sold same day even earlier.. Can someone guide?

It's considered business income. Irrespective of the order type you select, the shares you bought haven't loaded in your demat account. So it is intraday trade.
