The tripping call on Hendershot is what changed the game for supposedly tripping his own teammate (so absurd… You really can’t make it up!) In actuality, a lions player was trying to trip Pollard and the way he stuck his leg out, it was real damn obvious! The Lions should’ve never even had a chance to get that conversion and they should’ve kicked the damn field goal after they couldn’t get it done twice. Trying to be cute and tricky so they could say, “Look at how we beat the Cowboys…” And it failed. File under: not our problem. And it WAS an illegal formation.
