Nah, It's alright. Just take that LS to a junkyard and call it a day. I'm not saying that it would be easy to rebuild but I guess someone else will be able to rebuild it.

Your dad is the best helping you like that. I wish I had a dad like that but too late now. I'm assuming you're 30ish? Check out Tom's refurbs. He's around 23, still living at home doing his car thing and it's all because he has a great dad who's also a great car guy. I wish I had that growing up instead of my absentee dad and my couch potato stepdad

Great job! Way better with the 327 plus paint matches the car definitely the way to go. FYI can't hear that air compressor or the heater. Might distract you but we can't hear it.

Just an observation, but it looks like you welded 3 bolts pointing out on those motor mounts. I think you have just locked your mounts into the angle iron you welded the bolts to. Unless there are some slots in the mount bolt holes.

I like the rocker covers. I think you should skin sides under hood in stainless pop rivières panels. Maybe fire wall. But maybe on for winter. Just needs driving now. My first American car in UK was a 57 convertible. Same colour as yours. Good luck. ✌️✌️

The LS, like modern cars, may very well be better overall than a 327 and a 57 Chev, but they have NO soul..!!! Good on you for putting the right engine in there!!👍

Don't worry Casey, you did the right thing by the car. I prefer the old school 327 over the LS set up, when those modern engines go bad they get expensive real fast.

I’d take a 327 over an ls everyday. It has nothing to do with power btw. I mean Tesla really made engines obsolete when it comes to power. At least in terms of bang for your buck. An old 327 is cool. Old guys get it.

I got a ? I just did a motor swap on my 1998 f150 from 4.6 to 5.4 and it’s getting spark and fuel but I can’t get the injectors to fire I just need a idea on what it could be other than it’s a triton

The 4l80 uses the same yoke as th400. The 4l60/700r4, th350 and 2004r use the same yoke.

That 327 looks like a baby motor in that 57 there's just too much empty room in the engine bay. It looks too small to me, but this is your car and you can do as you wish. I love your videos
