Why can I never get fortunate with these legendaries that require trading to eligible for GL? I swear it'll be another 20+ trades for me to get this or Heatran.
I hear you. Last time I tried it was with a Kartana, was the only one I really wanted. AND IT TURNED OUT A LUCKY TRADE. Hahaha and it wasn't even a good one, was like a 12.12.13 or something cause I deleted right after xD
Idk why Niantic doesn't introduce some new item that lets you de-level Pokemon you own. Put some restrictions and cost on it so you can't just do it willy-nilly, maybe charge a few bucks for it as well, and there you go.
I think we will see giratina in some regionals. It might not be the most common pokemon but I can see it doing really good. And it being ranked in the top 50 is insane. Imagine if it was giratina altered instead tho. That would be a monster
@@MEJP2 I checked and you wouldn’t have to trade to get giratina altered at level 15 or lower. It could be a hundo and be under 1500cp. Also I watch you vids and I’m subbed. Keep up the good work
For anyone that is wondering for Giratina-O vs Trevenant here are a few things to keep in mind. - As for stat product they both are very similar with Trevenant having a bit more attack but lower HP stat while Giratina is the opposite (attack stat difference is atleast 7-12 while HP difference is around 20-30 depending on IV spread) Trevenant may hit harder and win Charge move more often against some pokemons while Giratina can survive longer to pressure out ShadowBall with a higher HP stat as it does do very strong damage. - Both resists water types which are great but they do have their downsides when it comes to Grass or Dragon such as being weak to Fire/Flying like Gligar/Skeledirge or weak to Ice/Fairy/Dragon like Dragonair(Dragonite)/A-Sandslash/Charmers etc. -Both of them performs very much the same with only slight difference in typing and grass vs mono-ghost moveset for bait moves like against Whiscash which can one shot for SeedBomb vs multiple Ominous Wind for chip damage so choose wisely.
I still have my research giratina and need someone to trade!:( if anyone here can “fly”(spoof) and still has there’s and looking to trade 1for1 hit me up!:)
I hate it so much that you have to trade them to smuggle them into the great league, like Lugia. The CP should just scale down, make stuff accessible and remove the RNG on TMs 😬
@@whaletastic9200 sure it might not be extremely OP, but it has good play in OGL and in the play pokemon tournamnets, but everyone only gets 1 and with the chance of trading not great it is a pick that so many people wont have access to
Finally got a Cresselia that doesnt need trades and Giratina is there for players who can trade a lot.. At least i can play my umbreon now again i guess
4:34 Weird because I have an attack weighted Gligar and out of dozens of CMPs against Whiscash I'm never able to beat it in a CMP scenario. Everyone must be running attack weighted I guess, good to know.
Mono-Ghost typing moveset but is also Ghost/Dragon defense typing meaning you will perform well against fighters like Annihilape/Poliwrath to resist counters and poison damage like Tentacruel with PoisonJabs and the best of all is being able to resist Water damage which is one of the mostly used types as well. You lose hard to Lickitung as Giratina but Sableye gives you neutral charge move damage which both have the ups and downs.
@@whaletastic9200 8/18 types it resists which is what makes it actually a good pokemon to use for typing. Most of the pokemon all focus on minmaxing defense stats on GL but they are also one of the types that you resist as well which makes it a very solid pokemon considering atleast half are water types you go up against.
I was too late to purchase the Sinnoh Ticket so no Cress or possible Giratina-O for me. Funnily enough I thought it would have been around at least until the day before the Tour. For all of y’all getting them, I hope you have fun using them!
