In Genshin, most chest scattered around the map is common chest which only give you 2 primos. In Wuthering Waves, most chest give you 10 Asterites, which some exception that give you 5. So yeah, I agree that WuWa appreciate our time way better.
It would definitely increase revenue as the standard banner characters are ALL passable as limited banner characters. (Even Lingyang is at least fun to play).
The tuner conversion is a one time bandaid. Yes, it is very nice as a one time boost of your tuners, but at higher Union levels the incoming amount of lower grade tuners is ZERO. Which means that you are still going to be throttled with tacet fields echo exp and tuner rewards - which they have not increased. This is a step in the right direction, but it still feels awful to spend 60 waveplates on very little rewards from tacet fields.
Also there’s till the HUGE issue regarding the upgrading of echos…..we can’t use lower grade or unwanted echos to upgrade the ones we want, plus getting echo xp material is still ass
@@ChangeOfHearts39 I agree that there needs to be a balance, but as it stands right now it seems far too steep a cost to upgrade echoes. I think that's on Kuro to find that balance from what we have now, to keeping us on the hook for long term grinding. That being said, I only care this much because I enjoy the game and look forward to what they can do in the future.

Me too. I am getting by fine enough on mobile for now but I'd like to know if in a few months I'll be able to have a controller while I then wait for the Playstation version to come out.
The Cruisewing challenge is indeed easy but as someone that isn't living in America and has constantly between 150 to 200ms the challenge get pretty fucking annoying when ping makes the game not register you picked a coin
They arent changing anything related to 50/50 banners because it is paid content thats already out, itd be unfair for them to remove a huge feature that players already paid for. Just like Genshin and why they very rarely nerf/buff characters. Also that just removes the whole concept of a Gacha game what?
Im keeping my hopes up since this is just a "preview" so hopefully these are not all the changes. I didnt see anything mentioning the yield of echo exp from tacet fields and although they will do a double drop event for echo exp, once that event is over we are back to the same old echo exp problem since the tacet fields will still only give the same amount as in 1.0
They will not change the base rewards. Too many people have already spent their resources. Also any change now will just enforce the idea that you should hoard resources and not play the game until they 'fix' a perceived issue. People wanting to have BiS gear less than a month into release is crazy. You dont need perfectly rolled Echoes right now.
@@zippo718 I did not say anything about expecting to have BiS gear and perfectly rolled echoes but since we are on that topic now, you are right in that we don't need perfectly rolled echoes right now but we do need USABLE echoes. Big difference. I don't expect to get crit rate and crit damage on all of my echoes right now but I expect to get enough so that I can do enough damage to clear most content available to us right now. I don't expect to full clear ToA and hologram bosses but I should be able to clear most of them. If you are trying to make the argument that we shouldn't be able to full clear endgame content right now I 100% agree but what I'm trying to say is that previously kuro mentioned that as of 1.1 and going forward they were going to increase the yield of echo exp and now I don't see that being mentioned anywhere in the preview patch notes for 1.1
