Without a hydration test, fighters usually drain out a significant amount of water in your body by working out + not drinking much water. That way they lose quite a lot of weight. That is just very bad for your health. So hydration test is to prevent the unhealthy culture.
Hirata needs to get a new coach. Somehow, she forget to kick, punch and strike her opponent. Her grappling techniques is inenffective and boring AF. It’s time for her to focus more on her trainning rather than becoming selfie queen on social media.
