We are as foreign fans who booked on Global Web can only redeem the ticket on-site right? Even if we are on the 2nd floor. And still, we wont get the bracelet/wristband if we are on the 2nd floor? :(
@@gami5673 I'm picking up my ticket on site and show them my passport on the day of concert. Not sure about the bracelet situation. I'll let you know after the concert.
