the thing abt iu is ... she's a people's star, not just a fanbase's star. Those list of songs is a golden list, bcs almost ALL of songs are popular/ hit songs in South Korea. Also this DINGO Killing Voice video was the most watched RU-vid content in 2021 in South Korea, at that time maybe almost 70/80% views are from South Korea. If you notice, these days kpop is designed/ marketed to be a global commodity (so actually maybe most kpop videos are consumed by overseas fans), bcs its so hard to please domestic market/ general public/ casual fans. IU is a very few special act who can be succesful in domestic music market, BUT still able to attract global fans (even with minimal effort to please international audience :') ) pls see her Cannes Festival vlog, yes she's invited to Cannes Movie Festival in 2022, and many her music fans chanting her name there, its wild XD

It is easy for her since she has been in the industry for 16 years ( now ). She is always amazing, our queen 🥰

Yes, one of the many reason I like IU that she can sing many genres and always comes with totally different genres so you are always excited when she release new songs or albums.

Hi and thank you!, I was counting the songs and got 134, where she is the soloist or main singer, if including featured 182, where she is the composer around 82, probably I'm missing something but not by much, she has won singer of the year, song of the year composer of the year, album of the year, best new actress of the year, nominated to Cannes for "broker", nominated a total of around 330 awards while winning around 130.

Thanks so much for your reaction ❤ I also want to highlight that most of the songs here were completely self-written by IU and show her personal growth and journey of her 20s, her lyrics are a big reason us fans love her so much. Hold my Hand (2011) was the very first song she ever wrote and composed!!
