This music video made me cry. Gosh I just miss Tae so much, but I know he's doing well in the military. IU and Taehyung have such great chemistry and IU's voice is so beautiful.

the talent IU and V have is just insane. they filmed this entire video and recorded the vocals all in a week. in the video IU is deaf and V is blind in his right eye. the acting they both did in this video is just insane. this should be made into a k-drama 100%. believe it or not IU was extremely sick with the flu when she recorded this song in the studio. she refused to stop because it needed to be finished before V had to report for his military service. there is a video of her and what she went thru during the recording. how she pulled it off and how amazing her vocals sounded truly shows how amazing she is. this is one of the best MV's i have ever seen. the storyline, the concept, the metaphors and the way they portrayed it, how they built their characters in a 5 minute video is just insane.
right when kpop goes shorter and shorter under 3 minutes for most releases, IU just dishes out a masterpiece and making you care about the character in 5 minutes, damn

This MV is the best ever MV globally, not just Korea. The beautifully written song, IU and V as actors, as well as the outstanding director and production staff all deserve the highest praise for providing us with such a praiseworthy, but sad message. It brings tears each time I view it.

i think tae already had experience with that cube thing that's why his right eye was destroyed (graish / discoloured) and at the last iu trying to protecting tae's left right from the burn

This seems like a bad ending but the director explained, “The square symbolizes discrimination against the main characters and can also be seen as representing various forms of discrimination and oppression prevalent in our daily lives.” So the ending was them breaking free from the discrimination they faced. The MV had me ugly crying.
I realized Tae didn't sing a single line only on the second watch and I'm an army not uena(?)😭 The mv had me so mesmerized, their acting was perfect I almost cried at the end, loved this so much!
