Maybe Consider a breakdown of at least the whole chapter of Romans Chapter 3 to give context to the scripture Rom. 3:7. The book of Romans is a line upon line, precept upon precept, here a little there a little teaching. why the need to get a reference text in Acts if the reference texts are already listed? Why not refer to the listed scriptures Paul referred to in Romans chapters 1-3 instead. Just my opinion no disrespect. There are many questions asked and answered within the book of Romans I Would love to see that breakdown. Azarel Ben Israel asked a great question in the comments section (I don't Know him personally however I appreciate his question) I too would like to hear the reply

SHALOM. In Acts 21:21, that they may shave their heads, can u explain that part bcuz the law says we are not to make baldness upon our heads. I just want clarification.

Do you really believe Paul's vision on the road to Damascus is true? You need to check out 3 story about this vision word per word. Find them within 'The Acts". Put them in comparison. You may concentrate on the first and the second. (the third one is the one you read, Paul's story to the King Agrippa). Don't miss anything! Then bring these 3 verses to a psychologists (would be better if he/she is not a Christian, cause it would led to a bias). Then ask for his/her opinion of what kind of people would give those kind of statements. Don't be surprised when the word "L**R" comes up.
