Sir, apne bataya, Hyperkalemia Wale pt. RL de sakte hain wo dilute karega usko increase nhin karega, SATH hi apne bataya ki crystalloid ka 1/3 hi main stream mein rehta 2/3 main stream se nikal jata hai. ainsi condition mein K+ 4×3 = 12meq/l ho kar concentrate nhin karega?

The video was excellent but if possible I need a little bit of detailed and you didn't mention if patient is known HTNsive and DM . Its quite obvious can't give D5 to DM patients .what are suitable fluids???
